Have A Wonderful Day

Whenever I write a note, letter, or card I always end it by saying 'Have A Wonderful Day!!!' I do not really remember when I started doing this, but I do know that I have done so for many years now. About four years ago I was asked to speak at a ladies meeting, and I had no idea about what I should speak on. I went through many different ideas, but nothing really sounded right to me. I finally had the idea to speak on Having a Wonderful Day. I was terribly nervous, but all went well.

I would like to share with you the acronym that I came up with four years ago for the ladies meeting. Maybe sometime in the future I can elaborate more on each letter, but for today I hope that this is a help to you.

Have something to look forward to
Align your will with God's
Value each moment
Extend a helping hand

Accept whatever comes your way

Work hard and enjoy it
Organize yourself
Name your blessings one by one
Daily walk with God
Express gratitude to God and others
Reward yourself
Find  someone to cheer up
Use your time wisely
Laugh a lot

Decide to have a wonderful day
Accept yourself as God made you
Yield to the Holy Spirit
