We all know that nobody is perfect. No matter how hard we try to be perfect, we will always fall short without the help of Jesus. Jesus is the Only One that has ever lived or ever will live Who lived a perfect life. He is the Only One that can make us perfect one day. He is the Only One who can help us live our lives in a way that is pleasing to God. So here are a few things that I learned this week about the "Perfect" Man.

1. All of God's work is perfect. When He created the World everything was perfect. Just the way He wanted it to be.
2. We need to make sure our heart is perfect and right with God.
3. God's way is always perfect.
4. God can make our way perfect if we ask Him to.
5. God's law is perfect.
6. God will keep us in perfect peace if we trust in Him and keep our mind on Him.
7. We need to strive to be perfect as God our Father is perfect.
8. Once we trust Jesus as our Saviour, we are made perfectly whole.
9. We need to pray day and night for God to make perfect that which we are lacking in faith.
10. Every good and perfect gift is from God.

The Bible talks about overcoming lust both fleshly lusts and lusting after material things or things that we can't have. Here are a few things that I learned this week.

1. When we follow after God and walk in the Spirit, then we will not lust after the things of the world, but we will want the things of God.
2. We need to flee the things that we lust after and follow after God.
3. The things of the world will not last, so there is no point in lusting after them and trying to get them.

These week I studied what it means to be a Diligent Seeker of God. Yes we may read our Bibles, pray, and go to Church, but are we diligent about doing those things? If not, then we need to try to Seek God diligently as we read our Bible, pray, and go to Church. Here are a few things that I learned or was reminded of this week about Diligently Seeking God.

1. God will hear our prayers when we seek His Face.
2. If we do not seek God, then we are going to find ourselves doing wrong and in a whole heap of trouble.
3. When we seek God, He will take away all of our fears.
4. God will take away all of our troubles when we seek Him and cry out to Him.
5. If we seek the LORD, we will not want for anything because God will supply all that we need and want.
6. We will find the LORD when we seek Him with all our heart and soul.
7. We will rejoice when we seek God.
8. We will be blessed if we seek God with our whole heart.
9. God will show us great and mighty things when we call on Him.
10. We should seek God first and put Him first in our lives.
11. God will reward those who diligently seek Him.
12. We should not waver in our faith or walk with God.
13. We need to cast all of our cares and worries upon God.

This week I studied and learned about Walking in the Light. I don't mean the light from the sun or a light bulb, but the Light from God. So what does the Bible tell us about Walking in God's Light? Well here are a few things that I would like to share with you about Walking in the Light.

1. With the Lord as our Light, we do not need to be afraid.
2. We need to allow God's Light and Truth to lead us and to be our guide.
3. The Bible is our Light given to us from God to guide our path.
4. We need to let our light shine for others to see Jesus in us and through us.
5. Jesus is the Light of the World. When we trust in Him and follow Him, He will give us the Light of Life.
