I am still studying Prayer. We can spend our whole lives studying prayer and never fully learn everything God says about prayer. Here are some things that I either learned this week or was reminded of about prayer.

1. God delights in our prayers.
2. The LORD will hear the prayers of the righteous.
3. If we turn away from God and His Word, then our prayers are an abomination to Him.
4. God will give us perfect peace if we keep our minds on Him and trust in Him.
5. God will answer us when we call on Him.
6. We need to search for God with all our heart.
7. We need to continue to pray no matter what others say or do.

I hope these help you. Have A Wonderful Day!!!

As I stated last week, the Bible has a lot to say about prayer. Prayer is very important. Without prayer we have no way of communicating with God. Here are some things that I learned this week about prayer.

1. We need to ask God to create a clean heart in us.
2. God can save us from all of our troubles.
3. God will deliver us from all of our fears when we seek Him.
4. Our words and thoughts need to be acceptable unto God.
5. We should desire mercy and answers to prayer from God.

Lessons on Being Thankful Unto God

This week I studied about being thankful to God. A lot of times I believe most people(myself included) forget to be thankful everyday. Most people don't have any trouble being thankful around Thanksgiving time; but sadly throughout the rest of the year, we seem to forget to be thankful. Not just thankful towards each other, but thankful towards God. Without God we would have nothing. We would be nothing. So this week I was reminded that we need to be thankful all of the time, and not just around Thanksgiving. Yes, there are going to be times when it is hard to be thankful. (As I found out this week.) But God still wants us to be thankful during the good times and hard times. I am still working on being thankful during the hard times, but I am going to try to be thankful. Here are some things that I learned this week about being thankful.

1. We need to brag on God and tell others of the good things that He has done for us.
2. God gives us blessings each and every day, and we need to thank Him for them.
3. No matter what others say or try to get us to do or believe, we need to keep trusting and God and thank Him for all He has done.
4. When we pray, we not only need to make our requests made known to God, but we also need to thank Him for everything. So many times we are guilty of only asking God for things, and we never thank Him for anything. We need to remember to thank Him.
5. God is just like the rest of us, and He wants to be remembered and thanked for the things that He does for us.

Let us all try to be more thankful. Not just at Thanksgiving, but all year around. Have A Wonderful Day!!!

Patience is one thing that everyone would like to have, but it is very hard to have patience sometimes. No matter how hard we try, there will be times when we will loose our patience. This week I have been studying what the Bible says about patience. Here are a few things that I have learned this week.

1. Sometimes we have to face trials and tribulations in order to grow our patience.
2. As a servant of the Lord, we need to have patience.
3. We need to follow after patience.
4. We need to be patient and wait on the Lord.
5. We need to run the race that God has for us with patience.
